This role is ideal for an experienced recruiter with a passion for identifying top talent and building strong client relationships, combined with a focus on growing new business opportunities. As this is a commission-based position, the successful candidate will be motivated by performance, possess excellent networking skills, and be highly self-motivated to achieve placement targets. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: - Source, attract, and engage high-quality candidates across various industries and roles. - Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and candidate presentation to clients. - Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future vacancies. - Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure a perfect match with client needs. 2. Client Relationship Management: - Develop and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring excellent service delivery and client satisfaction. - Act as a trusted recruitment partner by understanding clients' hiring needs, organisational culture, and long-term goals. 3.
