Act as the primary liaison between clients, candidates, and internal teams. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Identify, screen, and evaluate qualified candidates for open positions. Collaborate with hiring managers to fulfill staffing and recruitment requirements. Design and implement effective talent acquisition strategies. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, to support seamless operations. Monitor labor market trends and industry best practices to provide informed recommendations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (Open to Fresh Graduates). Strong communication and people skills. Highly trustworthy and maintain confidentiality. Effective time management and task prioritization skills. Proactively resolves challenges in account management and recruitment. Adaptable to dynamic client needs and fast-paced environments. Work Location: Malolos, Bulacan Work Setup: 8-hour shift | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monday to Friday | Day shift Onsite - training period (3 months) Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH) Compensation & Benefits: Basic salary (minimum wage) with guaranteed annual increase after evaluation Commissions, cash & travel incentives, performance and year-end bonuses HMO upon regularization Government-mandated benefits 13th Month Pay Pay: From Php13,000.00 per month Benefits: Company Christmas gift Company events Health insurance On-site parking Paid training Promotion to permanent employee Work from home Application Question(s): What is your expected monthly salary?
