Mission of the Role Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates by executing effective sourcing, screening, and endorsement strategies that help the organization meet its manpower requirements, particularly during high-volume recruitment and ramping periods . Key Responsibilities1. Talent Sourcing Source qualified candidates through online job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels. Create, maintain, and optimize job postings to ensure a continuous pipeline of applicants. Manage recruitment requirements across different organizational levels, from rank-and-file and entry-level positions to supervisory, managerial, and leadership roles, using appropriate sourcing strategies for each position. 2. Candidate Screening Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidates against established job requirements. Evaluate candidates based on the level and complexity of the role, including qualifications, relevant experience, communication skills, leadership capabilities, and overall job fit. Ensure that candidates meet the required qualifications before proceeding to endorsement. 3. Candidate Endorsement Endorse qualified candidates for initial interviews with hiring managers or designated interviewers. Prepare complete and accurate candidate profiles and recruitment information. Ensure timely endorsement of qualified candidates based on required hiring timelines. 4. Recruitment Progress Monitoring Monitor candidate progress throughout the recruitment process and maintain accurate recruitment records. Track sourcing, screening, endorsement, interview, and hiring results against assigned targets. Follow up on pending candidates and coordinate with concerned stakeholders to minimize recruitment delays. 5. High-Volume Recruitment & Ramping Support recruitment ramping initiatives by handling multiple vacancies and increased manpower requirements. Adjust sourcing and recruitment strategies to meet increased hiring targets within tight timelines. Maintain candidate quality and recruitment efficiency even during peak hiring periods. 6. Recruitment Process Improvement Identify opportunities to improve sourcing, screening, endorsement, and candidate conversion processes. Monitor recruitment performance and recommend strategies to improve efficiency, turnaround time, and hiring results. Stay updated on recruitment trends, sourcing techniques, and best practices. Job Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field , with at least 1 year of relevant recruitment or talent acquisition experience . Proven experience in high-volume recruitment or recruitment ramping , with the ability to handle multiple vacancies and increased manpower requirements within tight timelines. Strong talent sourcing and candidate pipeline-building skills using job boards, social media, referrals, recruitment platforms, and other sourcing channels. Strong candidate screening, initial interview, and assessment skills , with the ability to recruit across different organizational levels, from rank-and-file to supervisory, managerial, and leadership roles. Results-driven, proactive, resourceful, and accountable , with the ability to meet recruitment targets, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
