Recruitment Associate
Recruitment and Selection · Receives Manpower Requisition from all company sites in coordination with the HR Associates in Meycauayan and Malolos site for the sourcing and hiring of applicants · Acquires manpower through various recruitment channels such as social medias, job platforms, community, partnership with different schools, job fairs, referrals and walk-in applicants · Conducts initial interviews, administers pre-employment examination and endorse qualified applicants to the requesting Department Head/Supervisor for final interview · Deliberates with the Department Head/Supervisor and confirmed qualified applicants for hiring · Facilitate placement of new hire by issuing list of pre-employment requirements including pre-employment medical screening test for submission to ensure successful on-boarding of new hire · Facilitate on-boarding of new employee by conducting orientation covering Company rules and regulations, stipulations of employment, work related procedures and issuance of employment contracts and HR related documents, thereafter, introduce new employee to his/her superior and team mates for the job and work flow processes orientation Performance Management · Facilitates performance evaluation of new hires by keeping employee records and tracking expiration of employment contracts for timely evaluation of work performance by the immediate superior for end of contract or confirmation for regularization; · Monitors Annual Performance Review of all regular employees by monitoring schedule of next performance review, issuing and collecting appraisal forms from evaluators in a timely manner and facilitate recommendation for employee movement People Management · Works closely with the HR and Admin Manager and recommends necessary means to promote productivity in the workplace as well enhancement of individual’s professional growth · Handle employee disciplinary cases in accordance with company policies and procedures.
