# Recruitment Associate **Cabalen Group of Companies** · Quezon City · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 3 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Recruitment Associate Location: Quezon City Job Type: Full-time Job Summary We are looking for a proactive, organized, and people-oriented Recruitment Associate to support the end-to-end recruitment process and ensure the timely hiring of qualified candidates across the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing applicants, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, managing recruitment databases, and supporting manpower requirements, particularly for Food & Beverage and restaurant operations. Key Responsibilities - Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate onboarding. - Source qualified candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, job fairs, and other recruitment channels. - Create and publish job advertisements through Indeed, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms. - Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and suitability. - Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and department heads. - Facilitate recruitment activities, including walk-in interviews, job fairs, mass hiring, and branch-level recruitment. - Maintain and update the recruitment database, applicant trackers, and hiring reports. - Monitor manpower requirements and coordinate with Operations and Department Heads regarding hiring priorities. - Conduct background checks and pre-employment requirements coordination for qualified candidates. - Facilitate job offers, employment documentation, and pre-employment onboarding activities. - Monitor recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, applicant sourcing, interview-to-hire ratio, and hiring status. - Ensure timely communication and proper candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. - Coordinate with HR Operations for the smooth onboarding and deployment of newly hired employees. - Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and applicable labor regulations. - Perform other recruitment and HR-related duties assigned by the HR Manager. Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or Human Resources is preferred. - Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply. - Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes and candidate sourcing techniques. - Experience using job portals such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and interviewing skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously. - Results-oriented, detail-focused, and capable of working under pressure. - Willing to conduct branch visits, recruitment activities, and mass hiring events when necessary. Preferred Qualifications - Experience in Food & Beverage, Restaurant, Retail, or Hospitality recruitment. - Familiarity with high-volume recruitment and frontline hiring. - Experience in recruitment reporting and applicant tracking systems (ATS). - Knowledge of competency-based interviewing and candidate assessment. - Willingness to travel to different branch locations for recruitment activities.
