You’ll help us build and manage client relationships while finding the right candidates for open roles. You’ll also manage our social media channels and help shape our brand voice. Key Responsiblities - Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles across industries - Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including interviews and client updates - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients - Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities - Manage the company social media presence and develop engaging recruitment-related content - Stay up to date with hiring trends and recruitment best practices - 1–2 years’ experience in recruitment, HR, sales, or a related field (internship experience counts) - Strong communication and people skills - A self-starter with good organizational and multitasking abilities - Comfortable using LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media tools - Creative eye for content creation (Canva or similar tools a plus) - Passion for talent, startups, and growing something from scratch While we value every application and carefully review each one, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted Our client, a fast growing recruitment consulting startup is searching for a smart, resourceful, and people-oriented Recruitment Associate to join the team.
