The Recruitment Assistant assists the manager in achieving manpower sourcing and placement objectives. Performs various task related to recruitment & selection such as sourcing candidates, interviewing applicants, administering psychometric test batteries, test result interpretation, etc. all in accordance with approved policies and procedures regarding EMPLOYMENT. FRESH GRADUATES ARE WELCOME TO APPLY Qualifications: Candidate must be a graduate of BS Psychology or any Behavioral Science courses. Must have very good profiling and interviewing skills, can administer and interpret psychometric tests Proficient in both oral and written communication skills and must knows how to deliver results and not excuses.
