Recruitment and Leads Processing Specialist
What you will do Sort and organize candidate leads generated Screen candidate CVs Conduct initial interviews validating candidate experience and expertise against requirements specified in a job description Administer assessments as needed Prepare candidate profiles, endorse to hiring managers, and set up interviews Attend calibration sessions to further understand role requirements and adjust screening guidelines accordingly Prepare and extend employment offers to candidates identified for hiring Monitor progress and push for the completion of new hire pre-employment requirements Facilitate new hire orientations Maintain requisition and candidate trackers keeping records accurate and up-to-date Ensure compliance to documented policies and procedures Ensure the timely delivery of hiring requirements Always strive to provide a positive candidate experience Perform other tasks as assigned What you bring A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or any related field At least two years of experience as a Recruiter or Leads Processing Specialist Proficiency in standard recruitment procedures Able to comprehend the varied requirements of diverse open roles Excellent screening and interviewing skills Must be process, detail, and results-oriented Must have above average communication skills What we offer Active employee engagement programs Hours and shifts The shift is from 11AM - 8PM, Monday to Friday, with onsite reporting required twice a week.
