The role would be full time Monday to Friday at our office in Honley. The Recruitment Advisor for The Care Collection will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process for all new staff and to support the service to grow successfully. Responsibilities to include but not limited to: Advertising roles Screening applications Booking and conducting interviews Taking successful candidates through the pre-employment checks Conducting company inductions Communicating with Care Management team for recruitment needs Tracking staff retention Attending recruitment events Assisting with on call as per company rota Essential requirements: Experience of recruitment is essential Experience of recruitment in the care sector beneficial Collaborative working with other staff members to plan and deliver effective recruitment campaigns. Operate proactively to meet deadlines. Knowledge and application of employment law in recruitment e.g discrimination, right to work in the UK, criminal records check and data protection Knowledge of CQC compliance requirements beneficial Knowledge of Equality and Diversity Strong written and verbal communication skills If you are interested in the role please apply.
