This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys online research, social media sourcing, and connecting with potential candidates. The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment. The role will initially be part-time (20 hours per week) , with the potential to transition to a full-time position based on performance, business needs, and overall fit.
