Job Title: Recruiting Coordinator Company: Strategic Staffing Solutions Location: Houston, TX Job Type: Full-Time Pay: $23.00–$32.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications Job Description Strategic Staffing Solutions is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support recruiting activities, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and hiring processes. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, excellent organization, and the ability to manage multiple recruiting tasks in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate schedules. Communicate with candidates throughout the recruiting process. Assist recruiters with job postings, candidate screening, and application tracking. Maintain accurate candidate records in applicant tracking systems. Prepare recruiting documents and support onboarding activities. Coordinate with hiring managers and recruiting teams. Respond to candidate questions and provide timely updates. Protect confidential candidate and employee information. Track recruiting activities and follow up on outstanding tasks. Requirements Previous recruiting, HR, staffing, or administrative experience preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable using applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office. Strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Professional and customer-focused approach.
