Recruiting Associate – Accounting & Finance Search
Financial Image Team, Inc. is an established direct-hire recruiting firm with 20+ years of experience specializing in accounting and finance professionals. We work with CPA firms, Entertainment Business Management firms, Family Offices, Forensic Accounting firms, Financial Services, Real Estate, Fortune 500, and entrepreneurial companies. We are expanding and looking for a Recruiting Associate to work directly with the founder and learn our recruiting business from the ground up. THE OPPORTUNITY This is a career-track opportunity for a college-educated, motivated professional interested in recruiting, business development, and building long-term relationships. You will initially shadow and assist the founder, learn our recruiting process, and gradually take responsibility for sourcing, screening, candidate management, and eventually managing searches independently. We are a technology-driven company looking for someone who embraces technology, AI, automation, and innovative ways to improve recruiting. RESPONSIBILITIES Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and our database Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screening Build and maintain candidate pipelines Research candidates and prospective clients Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-up Maintain and develop our candidate/client database Prepare candidate profiles for clients Assist with job orders and recruiting searches Develop professional relationships with candidates and clients Utilize AI and technology to improve research, sourcing, organization, and productivity Gradually take ownership of recruiting assignments QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business, Accounting, Finance, Communications, Marketing, HR, Psychology, or a related field. We are looking for someone who is: Professional and articulate Highly organized and detail-oriented Personable and confident on the phone Curious and eager to learn Persistent with excellent follow-through Coachable and self-motivated Comfortable handling confidential information Technology-driven with an interest in AI and automation 1–3 years of recruiting, staffing, HR, sales, client service, or professional-services experience preferred, but not required. Accounting or finance experience is a plus. COMPENSATION $60,000–$65,000 base salary + performance bonus, depending on experience and qualifications. CAREER GROWTH This position is designed to grow into a full-cycle Recruiter / Search Consultant, with opportunities for advancement as the Financial Image Team expands.
