No previous recruitment experience is required. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, comfortable working with large volumes of information, and confident communicating with people. Responsibilities - Review and manage lists of hundreds of potential candidates. - Conduct interviews to assess candidates' suitability and availability. - Match suitable candidates with appropriate healthcare facilities. - Maintain accurate candidate records and update tracking systems. - Coordinate communication and follow-ups with candidates and facilities. - Manage multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines. Requirements - Strong administrative and organisational skills. - Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems and software. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage high volumes of candidates. - Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently. - Previous recruitment experience is not required.
