Recruiter (Russian & English) - Dubai Property Brokerage

Russian and English recruiter for a new Dubai brokerage.

OVERVIEW

Square Yards Real Estate LLC is launching a real estate brokerage in Dubai. A substantial share of Dubai property demand is transacted in Russian, and we intend to hire consultants who can handle that business properly. This role recruits them.

The position is internal. You fill Square Yards vacancies and nobody else's.

Applications are open to candidates already based in Dubai who can attend an in-person interview.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Full-cycle recruitment for sales roles across the brokerage.
• Interviewing in Russian and English, with candidate assessments written in English.
• Active headhunting from competitor brokerages, developer sales teams and portals.
• Maintaining a live pipeline of Russian-speaking sales talent independent of open vacancies.
• Producing sourcing content in both languages - video, written posts, direct approaches - under your own name.
• Running offers through to acceptance and managing the risk of candidates dropping out.
• Coordinating with operations on visa processing, documentation and induction.
• Keeping recruitment data clean and reporting weekly on pipeline and conversion.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• Fluent Russian and fluent English. You will interview, assess and write in both.
• Proven recruitment results with personal accountability for hires.
• Experience with volume hiring in a fast-moving environment.
• Readiness to create and publish your own sourcing material.
• Current Dubai residency and availability to interview in person.

DESIRABLE

• Prior recruitment within real estate or another commission-led sales business.
• Experience establishing a recruitment function from scratch.
• Familiarity with UAE labour regulations and visa procedures.

KPIs

• Number of agents hired each month and consistency across months.
• Time to hire, measured from brief to accepted offer.
• Pipeline depth and reusability.
• Probation pass rate and early productivity of your hires.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

• AED 8,000 to 12,000 fixed monthly, plus performance bonus.
• A formative role in a brokerage at the start of its life.
• Visa support, subject to company policy and eligibility.
• Monday to Saturday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, on site in Dubai.
