Handle high-volume hiring for Sales Associates, Beauty Advisors, Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers, and other retail positions . Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels. Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements and company standards. Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, and joining formalities. Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified retail and FMCG candidates. Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and recruitment priorities. Support recruitment drives and bulk hiring campaigns when required. Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular hiring updates. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 3–4 years of recruitment experience in UAE , preferably in Retail or FMCG . Strong hands-on experience in store-level/high-volume recruitment . Experience hiring for retail positions such as Sales Associates, Beauty Advisors, Store Managers, and Supervisors . Good knowledge of UAE recruitment practices and candidate sourcing channels. Immediate availability or short notice period is preferred. Application Question(s): What is your expected salary?
