Recruiter (open for fresh graduates)
Responsibilities: One of the main day-to-day task will be candidate sourcing Research job seekers, post job descriptions, and source candidates through various channels Screen candidates Review resumes, conduct phone interviews, and use assessment tools to evaluate candidates Hire candidates Select the best candidates for the role and place them in open positions Manage the hiring process Work with hiring managers to understand their needs, track metrics, and communicate with candidates Contribute to the company's talent acquisition strategy Maintain the company's employer brand, participate in job fairs, and help attract a diverse pool of candidates Qualifications: Strong communication and negotiation skills Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information Experience with various interview formats Proficiency in social media, resume databases, and professional networks Must be willing to work hybrid in Ortigas, Pasig City Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits: Additional leave Company Christmas gift Company events Free parking Health insurance Life insurance On-site parking Opportunities for promotion Paid training Pay raise Promotion to permanent employee Transportation service provided Ability to commute/relocate: Pasig: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Application Question(s): How passionate are you in recruitment?
