What You'll Do - Recruit caregivers using Indeed, social media, referrals, and other recruiting sources - Create and manage online job postings - Screen applicants and conduct phone and in-person interviews - Schedule interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process - Complete background checks and pre-employment requirements - Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding - Maintain accurate employee records and data entry - Attend job fairs and recruiting events as needed - Work closely with our Scheduling team to meet staffing needs - Achieve weekly hiring goals and recruiting metrics Qualifications - Previous recruiting, staffing, HR, customer service, or sales experience preferred - Healthcare or home care recruiting experience is a plus - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Comfortable making and receiving a high volume of phone calls - Tech-savvy with experience using Indeed, social media, and Microsoft Office - Highly organized with excellent follow-up skills - Positive attitude and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment This position requires extensive phone communication, computer work, and candidate follow-up throughout the day.
