The ideal candidate has experience in the trucking industry, strong communication skills, and the ability to meet hiring goals in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities - Recruit Class A CDL drivers through Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and other platforms. - Screen applicants and conduct phone interviews. - Verify driver qualifications and employment history. - Maintain candidate records and follow up with applicants. - Coordinate with Safety, HR, and Operations to meet staffing needs. - Meet recruiting goals and fill open positions in a timely manner. Requirements - Previous recruiting experience, preferably in the trucking industry. - Knowledge of Class A CDL driver qualifications. - Experience with Indeed, ZipRecruiter, or applicant tracking systems preferred. - Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets.
