# Recruiter **TDF Diamonds & Gold** · Chembur, Mumbai, Maharashtra · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: сегодня* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Key Responsibilities - Job Description Preparation: Prepare clear and comprehensive job descriptions based on the hiring requirements and specifications shared by the concerned departments. - Job Posting: Publish job openings across multiple job portals and recruitment platforms to attract suitable candidates. - Candidate Sourcing: Source candidates through various job portals, professional networks, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels. - Resume Screening: Review and shortlist resumes based on job requirements, qualifications, experience, and suitability for the role. - HR Interviews: Conduct initial HR screening and interviews to assess candidates' communication skills, experience, career expectations, and overall suitability. - Interview Coordination: Coordinate with hiring managers, department heads, and other stakeholders to schedule further rounds of interviews and obtain timely feedback. - Salary Negotiation: Discuss current compensation, salary expectations, notice periods, and joining availability with candidates, ensuring alignment with the approved hiring budget. - Offer Management: Coordinate the offer process, communicate offers to selected candidates, and follow up on offer acceptance and joining commitments. - Onboarding Support: Assist with pre-joining formalities, document collection, offer and appointment documentation, and onboarding coordination. - Recruitment Tracking: Maintain candidate databases, interview schedules, recruitment trackers, and regular updates on hiring progress. Required Skills - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Good candidate sourcing and resume-screening abilities. - Effective interview and stakeholder coordination skills.
