- Strong relationship-building skills with operational leaders and hiring managers.
- Resourceful, proactive and comfortable creating recruiting solutions where established pipelines do not already exist.
- Strong organization, follow-through and candidate-management skills.

This role is particularly well suited to a recruiter who enjoys getting close to the business, building relationships in the field, finding candidates others may not find, and creating new sources of talent rather than simply managing incoming applications.
