We’re looking for a creative, driven and highly organized Recruiter to take ownership of recruitment at Stallion. Reporting to the HR Manager, you’ll manage the recruitment process from start to finish, partnering directly with hiring managers across the business to understand their needs, find great candidates, and keep our open roles moving. Our hiring needs range from Warehouse and Operations roles one day and Finance, Marketing, Customer Experience, Sales, or Technology positions the next. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable managing multiple roles at once, knows how to proactively source candidates, and takes pride in keeping both candidates and hiring managers informed throughout the process. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who owns their roles. You’ll have the autonomy to manage recruitment, build strong candidate pipelines, and adjust your approach when something isn’t working, all while having the support of Stallion’s HR team along the way. What You’ll Do Own full-cycle recruitment across Stallion, from intake and sourcing through interviews, offers, and onboarding handoff Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and keep recruitment moving Manage job postings, screen applications, proactively source candidates, and conduct initial interviews Manage multiple open roles across Operations, Warehouse, Customer Experience, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Technology, and other corporate functions Build strong candidate pipelines for high-volume, recurring, and hard-to-fill positions Proactively keep candidates and hiring managers informed throughout the recruitment process and provide regular recruitment updates Maintain accurate recruitment records and continuously look for ways to improve our hiring process and candidate experience Prepare detailed recruitment reports as required, providing visibility into open roles, candidate pipelines, hiring progress, challenges, and next steps Stay current on employment legislation and recruitment-related requirements across Canada, and adapt recruitment practices as requirements evolve Assist in peer mentorship to junior members of the HR team, supporting the development of their recruitment and interviewing skills. What We’re Looking For 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment or talent acquisition experience Experience independently managing recruitment from intake through offer Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills Experience managing multiple open positions and competing priorities Comfortable recruiting across a variety of positions, departments, and levels Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail Confident working directly with hiring managers and leadership Resourceful, creative and able to adjust your approach when a search isn’t producing results Strong follow-through and a natural tendency to keep people updated without needing to be asked Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of your workload Comfortable using AI and emerging technology as tools to work smarter and improve recruitment, while applying your own judgment, critical thinking, and expertise. Experience with Rippling is a strong asset. Experience recruiting within logistics, warehousing, eCommerce, or another fast-paced environment is an asset.
