Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment cycle for field and corporate positions, including intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, and pre-employment processes. Develop and maintain pipelines for recurring technical roles through outreach to trade schools, veteran programs, referrals, apprenticeships, and direct sourcing. Collaborate with Operations to anticipate project staffing needs and create ongoing recruiting plans. Maintain accurate candidate and requisition records in the applicant tracking system; report on pipeline health, time-to-fill, and sourcing effectiveness. Coordinate with approved staffing agencies for specialized and leadership roles as needed. Represent the company at job fairs, school events, and community hiring events to attract top talent. Ensure consistent, compliant hiring practices and maintain confidentiality of candidate and compensation information. Qualifications Minimum of two years of full-cycle recruiting experience. Proven ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining candidate engagement. Experience using applicant tracking systems and proficiency with Outlook, Word, and Excel. Strong communication skills with candidates, hiring managers, and senior leaders. Demonstrated discretion and good judgment when handling confidential information. High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred. Preferred: Experience recruiting in energy services, power generation, construction, industrial, or skilled trades environments. Preferred: Familiarity with hiring for rotational field schedules, multi-state locations, or certification-dependent roles. Preferred: Experience with JazzHR, iSolved, or similar recruiting and HRIS platforms.
