JOB DESCRIPTION – HR RECRUITERRecruitment | Fasteners Manufacturing Industry Position: HR Recruiter / Recruitment Executive Experience: 6 Months+ Industry: Fasteners / Automotive Components / Engineering Manufacturing Department: Human Resources Location: Anekal-Plant2 Reporting To: HR Manager Job Purpose We are looking for a HR Recruiter with 6 months or more experience to support end-to-end recruitment activities for our fasteners manufacturing organization . The candidate will be responsible for sourcing suitable candidates, coordinating interviews and ensuring timely closure of open positions. Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment coordination for technical, non-technical, shop-floor and support functions. Understand manpower requirements from department heads and prepare job descriptions (JDs) . Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants and local recruitment networks . Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/online interviews . Coordinate interviews with department heads and technical teams. Maintain regular follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Negotiate and coordinate salary, joining date and employment terms as per company guidelines. Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers and interview records. Coordinate document collection, reference checks and pre-joining formalities . Follow up with selected candidates to ensure timely joining and reduce offer dropouts. Support recruitment for Production, Quality, Maintenance, PPC, Stores, Sales, HR and other plant functions . Develop local candidate networks for operators, technicians, diploma holders, engineers and staff-level positions . Coordinate with manpower consultants and recruitment agencies when required. Prepare daily/weekly recruitment status reports and track vacancies, interviews, selections and joining. Support employee induction and onboarding activities. Maintain proper recruitment documentation and ensure confidentiality of candidate information. Required Qualification & Skills Graduate in HR / Business Administration / Any relevant discipline . 6 months+ experience in recruitment or HR recruitment coordination. Manufacturing / Fasteners / Automotive Components / Engineering industry experience preferred. Basic knowledge of technical and shop-floor recruitment . Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong candidate follow-up and coordination skills. Knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals and recruitment databases is preferred. Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Email . Ability to handle multiple vacancies and work with deadlines. Positive attitude, proactive approach and good negotiation skills.
