The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing positions within tight timelines. Key Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end recruitment for BPO and Customer Support roles. - Handle bulk hiring requirements for voice and non-voice processes. - Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels. - Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements. - Conduct telephonic HR screenings and assess communication skills. - Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and operations teams. - Ensure timely offer rollout and candidate joining. - Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases. - Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing hiring needs. - Achieve hiring targets within defined TAT and quality parameters. Required Skills - Minimum 1-2 years of recruitment experience. - Prior experience in BPO/Contact Center hiring is mandatory. - Strong understanding of bulk hiring processes. - Good knowledge of job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong stakeholder management and coordination abilities. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Preferred Qualifications - Graduate in any discipline. - Experience in volume hiring for Customer Service, Sales, Technical Support, or Back Office roles will be preferred.
