With over 5 years of company experience and leadership backed by 19 years in the Dubai real estate market, we are focused on expanding our team with talented and driven property professionals. Role Description We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Recruiter to take ownership of the company's recruitment function. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. The successful candidate must have previous experience recruiting within the Dubai real estate industry and a strong understanding of the local property market. They will be responsible for sourcing and hiring property consultants, establishing a structured recruitment process, and building a consistent pipeline of qualified agents. Working directly with the CEO and management, the Recruiter will manage recruitment targets, implement effective systems, and ensure the company continues to attract quality real estate professionals to support its growth. Key Responsibilities - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination. - Source experienced real estate agents and property consultants through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and direct outreach. - Establish and maintain an organised recruitment structure, including workflows, candidate databases, tracking systems, and reporting. - Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates with relevant Dubai real estate experience. - Set and monitor recruitment targets, including daily outreach, interviews, and monthly successful hires. - Track recruitment performance, candidate conversions, and hiring progress through regular reports. - Work closely with the CEO and sales management to identify hiring needs and prioritise recruitment efforts. - Assess candidates' real estate experience, market knowledge, sales ability, motivation, and suitability for a commission-based role. - Coordinate onboarding with HR and sales management to ensure new joiners complete the necessary documentation, induction, and initial training. - Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, candidate quality, and hiring results. - Take ownership of recruitment planning and establish systems that can support the company's future expansion. Qualifications - Proven experience in real estate recruitment within Dubai is essential. - Strong understanding of the Dubai property market and real estate brokerage operations. - Demonstrated ability to source and recruit experienced property consultants and sales professionals. - Experience recruiting for commission-based real estate roles. - Ability to manage the full recruitment cycle independently. - Experience using LinkedIn, job portals, recruitment databases, and sourcing tools. - Strong communication, interviewing, negotiation, and organisational skills. - Ability to establish recruitment processes, manage KPIs, and meet hiring targets. - Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment. - Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage. What We Are Looking For We need someone who understands how real estate recruitment works in Dubai and can independently identify, approach, and attract the right agents. Beyond filling vacancies, the successful candidate must be able to establish a proper recruitment structure, maintain a strong candidate pipeline, and deliver measurable hiring results. They will initially manage recruitment independently while working closely with management to support the company's growth.
