In this on-site role, you will be responsible for driving the full-cycle recruitment process—from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding—to attract top-tier talent for our growing retail and operations teams. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for talent, excellent interpersonal skills, and a solid understanding of local recruitment trends and labor practices. Key Responsibilities - Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various corporate, administrative, and operations-support positions. - Sourcing & Talent Attraction: Utilize job boards (such as Indeed), social media platforms, professional networks, and employee referral programs to source qualified candidates. - Screening & Assessment: Conduct initial resume reviews and phone/video screenings to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. - Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate in-person interviews with hiring managers and department heads, ensuring a seamless candidate experience. - Offer Management: Extend job offers, negotiate employment terms, and facilitate the onboarding process for successful candidates. - Employer Branding: Represent the company at career fairs, industry events, and campus recruitment drives to build a strong talent pipeline. - Metrics & Reporting: Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source of hire, cost-per-hire) and provide regular updates to HR leadership. Qualifications & Requirements - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field - Skills: - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Strong working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and online sourcing platforms. - Ability to evaluate candidate profiles and assess cultural alignment effectively. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously. - Familiarity with local labor laws and employment regulations is an advantage.
