# Recruiter **Haute Styles Week inc** · Remote · `Remote` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: вчера* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Fashion Designer Recruiter – Commission-Based Haute Styles Week (HSW) is seeking motivated, professional, and sales-driven Fashion Designer Recruiters to join our team for our upcoming New York Fashion Week production on February 13, 2027 . This position is ideal for individuals with experience in fashion, sales, business development, recruiting, social media outreach, or client acquisition. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, contact, and secure fashion designers who are interested in presenting their collections with Haute Styles Week during NYFW. Compensation This is a commission-based position . Designer participation fee: $2,500 per designer Recruiter commission: 20% per qualifying designer sale 20% of $2,500 = $500 commission per designer Recruiters must successfully close a minimum of 3 paid designer sales to qualify for commission payment. 3 qualifying sales = $1,500 in commission 5 qualifying sales = $2,500 in commission 10 qualifying sales = $5,000 in commission Commission applies only to completed and verified designer payments in accordance with the recruiter agreement. Additional terms regarding payment timing, cancellations, refunds, and chargebacks will be provided in the recruiter agreement. Responsibilities Recruit fashion designers for Haute Styles Week’s February 13, 2027 NYFW runway production. Identify independent, emerging, established, couture, streetwear, luxury, and international designers who may benefit from runway exposure. Conduct outreach through email, phone calls, social media, networking, fashion communities, referrals, and direct prospecting. Clearly explain the $2,500 designer participation package , event requirements, deadlines, and opportunities. Follow up consistently with interested designers and move qualified prospects through the enrollment process. Maintain professional communication with prospective designers and represent Haute Styles Week appropriately. Track designer leads, conversations, follow-ups, and completed sales. Work with HSW management to ensure designer applications, agreements, and payments are properly completed. Meet or exceed the minimum requirement of 3 completed designer sales . Build and maintain relationships with designers who may participate in future Haute Styles Week productions. Participate in scheduled recruiter meetings, sales updates, and training when required. Qualifications Strong communication, sales, networking, and relationship-building skills. Comfortable making calls, sending emails, using social media, and conducting direct outreach. Ability to confidently explain event packages and close sales. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Professional attitude when communicating with designers and fashion industry professionals. Fashion industry, recruiting, sales, marketing, PR, or business development experience is preferred but not required. Existing relationships with fashion designers, brands, boutiques, fashion schools, stylists, or other industry professionals are a plus. Must be comfortable working in a performance-driven, commission-based position.
