Recruiter
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing and screening skills, excellent coordination abilities, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced recruitment environment. Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment cycle , from job posting and sourcing to onboarding. Source candidates through job portals, databases, social media, and references . Review and screen CVs based on client requirements. Conduct initial candidate interviews and assessments. Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients and follow up on feedback. Handle recruitment for all the sectors. Maintain an updated candidate pipeline and recruitment database. Communicate professionally with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process. Ensure timely closure of vacancies according to client requirements. Assist with recruitment documentation, mobilization, and onboarding processes. Follow up with selected candidates to ensure smooth joining and mobilization. Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools/job portals . Local recruitment experience in Qatar is preferred. Candidates currently available in Qatar are preferred. Hindi language skills will be an advantage. Work Location: In person
