Do you know how to build a strong candidate pipeline quickly, run back-to-back screenings, keep candidates engaged, and somehow still know exactly who is at what stage of the process? If high-volume recruitment is your playground, we'd love to meet you We’re looking for a High-Volume Recruiter who will take the lead in driving recruitment for our ESL Camp Teachers and other high-volume hiring requirements. This isn't just about posting jobs and waiting for applications to come in. We need someone who can actively build pipelines, move candidates efficiently through the recruitment funnel, and deliver the numbers without compromising candidate quality. What You’ll Be Driving Own and drive end-to-end, high-volume recruitment for ESL Camp Teachers , from sourcing through onboarding Build large and sustainable teacher pipelines ahead of camp requirements and hiring deadlines Source aggressively and creatively through job boards, social media, referrals, schools/universities, professional networks, and other sourcing channels Conduct high-volume screening and interviews while maintaining clear and consistent hiring standards Organize and facilitate batch recruitment activities, interview days, and hiring events Keep candidates moving through the pipeline with disciplined follow-ups and minimal drop-offs Partner closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, timelines, qualifications, and deployment targets Maintain an active talent pool of qualified ESL teachers for current and upcoming camps Track recruitment numbers closely—applications, qualified candidates, interviews, offers, acceptances, onboarding, and hiring completion Identify recruitment bottlenecks early and take action before they affect camp manpower requirements Support other volume and priority recruitment requirements when needed Deliver a candidate experience that is organized, responsive, and human—even when hiring at scale What You Bring to the Table 2+ years of recruitment experience , ideally with demonstrated experience in high-volume or mass hiring Strong sourcing capability—you don't rely solely on incoming applications Experience managing multiple vacancies and large candidate pipelines simultaneously Comfortable conducting back-to-back interviews and batch screening Strong sense of urgency and ability to deliver against aggressive hiring timelines Highly organized and disciplined with candidate tracking and follow-through Comfortable working with recruitment targets and hiring metrics Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills Resourceful enough to find new sourcing channels when the usual ones aren't delivering Tech-savvy and comfortable using ATS platforms, job boards, Boolean search, social media, and spreadsheets Bachelor's degree required Strong English communication skills Experience recruiting teachers, ESL professionals, academic staff, BPO/contact center employees, hospitality staff, retail employees, or other high-volume workforces would be a strong advantage.
