Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team! In this role, you will drive the full cycle recruiting process, from sourcing top-tier candidates to onboarding new hires, ensuring we attract and retain exceptional talent across various departments. Your expertise in talent management, candidate sourcing, and employer branding will be vital in building a high-performing workforce. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand staffing needs, develop targeted recruitment strategies, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience. Duties Manage the end-to-end recruitment process utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as iCIMS, Taleo, or PeopleSoft to streamline candidate tracking and communication Source candidates through diverse channels including social media management, job boards, talent acquisition platforms, and campus recruitment initiatives Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit using structured interview techniques and market trends analysis Develop strong relationships with candidates through Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) systems and maintain ongoing engagement for future opportunities Collaborate with C-suite executives and hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, craft compelling job descriptions, and align recruitment strategies with business goals Negotiate employment contracts and offers while ensuring compliance with employment & labor law regulations such as HR sourcing standards and employment law in talent management Lead external recruiting efforts for specialized roles like clinical staff recruitment or executive recruiting while managing teams of recruiters to meet hiring targets efficiently Skills Extensive experience with talent acquisition platforms such as Lever, UltiPro, Kronos, Salesforce, Kenexa BrassRing, or HRIS systems like Workday or PeopleSoft Strong knowledge of full cycle recruiting processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiation, and onboarding Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), candidate sourcing techniques, social media management tools, and HRIS platforms Excellent communication skills for client communication, candidate engagement, and collaboration with cross-functional teams including HR management and senior leadership Deep understanding of employment & labor law to ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process Proven ability in market trends analysis to identify talent gaps and develop effective sourcing strategies Skilled in negotiation tactics for employment offers and contract discussions while maintaining positive candidate relationships Experience managing teams of recruiters or leading recruitment projects within fast-paced environments Join us to make a meaningful impact by connecting talented professionals with opportunities that foster growth!
