Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage 40–50 frontline hires/month
• Source through referrals, job fairs, local talent hunting, poaching, left-employee calling & job portals
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and ensure timely joining
• Build a strong local hospitality talent pipeline

Requirements:

2–5 years of recruitment experience

Hospitality recruitment experience is mandatory

South India / Bengaluru market experience preferred

Strong sourcing and volume-hiring skills

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
