The ideal candidate will have at least 3-4 years of experience in recruitment or HR coordination and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes - Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers - Source and screen candidates through job portals and databases - Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers - Support onboarding and documentation processes - Communicate with candidates regarding interview updates and feedback - Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned based on business requirements Requirements: - Minimum 3-4 years of experience in recruitment or HR coordination - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Good organizational and time management abilities - Familiarity with job portals (e.g., Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn) - Basic knowledge of UAE labor laws is a plus Job Type: Full-time Application Question(s): - What is your earliest availability to join? - What is your expected salary (AED)?
