The bottleneck for our members is hiring. You're the fix. Agency U is a business coaching community for agency owners. Our members grow when the right people are in the right seats: appointment setters, closers, video editors, videographers, creative strategists, graphic designers, media buyers. When they land great hires, they get better results, stay longer, and win bigger. That's what drives our growth. We're hiring an in-house recruiter to own it. You find, vet, and place talent with our members, and you stay on after the hire to make sure it sticks. Great placements keep members winning, and members who win stay. This is one of the most important seats on our team. You'll work directly with the co-founders and have a direct hand in our next stage of growth. What You'll Do Run intake with the agency owner and define exactly who they need Write and post the job for them, so they never touch a job board Source beyond job boards. The best people aren't applying to listings. Vet every candidate and run the first interview yourself Send 3 to 5 great candidates to the agency, not a stack of resumes Check in with every placed person and their agency at Day 7, 30, 60, and 90 so the hire sticks How You'll Be Measured Speed: how fast you go from open role to hire Quality: whether the people you place perform Retention: whether your placements are still winning 90 days later Member results: whether the agencies you place for are getting better outcomes You're Our Person If You're U.S.-based and speak fluent English You've recruited video editors, videographers, closers, appointment setters, graphic designers, or media buyers for online businesses You know the agency world and how agency owners think You already know where good creative and sales talent hangs out You screen hard and would rather send 3 great candidates than 15 average ones You care about who stays and performs, not just who gets hired You're self-managed and move fast This Isn't For You If You need daily direction You send unvetted resumes to hit a number You let candidates go cold You disappear after the offer is signed What You Get Base + commission , uncapped. You earn on every placement.
