Duties Lead generation: proactively identify and attract potential candidates through diverse channels including social media platforms, job boards, and professional networks. Manage our applicant tracking systems to streamline recruitment workflows and maintain accurate candidate records. Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit. Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert guidance throughout the hiring process. Utilize social media management tools to promote job openings and enhance employer branding efforts. Maintain ongoing communication with candidates to ensure a positive experience from application through onboarding. Collaborate with HR team on workforce planning initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment strategies. Requirements Proven experience in recruiting roles with a focus on lead generation and candidate sourcing. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems. Excellent communication skills—able to clearly articulate job requirements and engage candidates effectively. Strong relationship management skills to build trust with candidates and internal stakeholders alike. Knowledge of social media management tools for recruiting purposes. Experience working with recruiting software is a plus. Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
