We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiter to support our Human Resources department in hiring and administrative duties. Responsibilities Manage recruiting efforts, prepare offer letters, and process background checks. Maintain accurate employee personnel records. Onboard new hires. Ensure compliance with state and local employment regulations. Review and process documentation. Monitor mandatory safety training and continuing education requirements. Assist with special HR projects. Answer phones and direct visitors. Experience 2+ years of recruiting experience. Bachelor's degree. Excellent communication, organizational and time-management skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgement.
