# Recruiter - Arabic Speaking **Swan Global WLL** · Doha · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: сегодня* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Key Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for construction-related positions. - Source qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels. - Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate assessments and interviews. - Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates. - Maintain and manage candidate pipelines and recruitment databases. - Handle candidate communication and follow up throughout the recruitment process. - Support recruitment for both technical and non-technical construction positions. - Ensure timely closure of vacancies as per project requirements. - Prepare recruitment reports and maintain accurate candidate records. - Coordinate document collection and pre-employment requirements. Requirements - Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience in the Qatar construction sector. - Arabic Speaker – Mandatory. - Strong knowledge of the Qatar recruitment market and local candidate pool. - Experience recruiting construction professionals, technical staff, and skilled workers. - Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment deadlines. - Candidates currently available in Qatar are preferred.
