# Recruiter APAC **Anthesis Group** · Manila · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 2 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Description We are looking for a Recruiter to manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes across APAC, partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver timely, high‑quality hiring outcomes in these key regions. This role is hands‑on and delivery focused, ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple recruitment processes while building strong stakeholder relationships and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Key Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across APAC, from role briefing to offer acceptance. - Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, timelines, and interview processes. - Source, screen, and assess candidates using a variety of channels. - Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer processes efficiently and professionally. - Ensure an inclusive, consistent, and positive candidate experience. - Build strong working relationships with hiring managers and local People teams across APAC. - Provide regular updates on pipeline status, challenges, and regional market conditions. - Support hiring managers with interview best practices and decision-making. - Manage and maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS (Pinpoint). - Ensure recruitment processes are compliant with internal policies and local/regional requirements. - Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes and regional ways of working. - Track recruitment activity and support reporting requirements. - Collaborate with Senior Recruitment Partners on complex or senior roles. - Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives across APAC, as needed. Skills, Knowledge & Expertise - Experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role. - Experience managing multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. - Experience recruiting across APAC markets is a plus. - Familiarity with ATS systems and sourcing tools. - Fluent in business English. - Strong delivery focus and attention to detail. - Collaborative and relationship-oriented. - Organized, adaptable, and resilient. - Candidate-centric mindset.
