Recruiter and HR Executive Job Description Innoventures Education are looking for an experienced English speaking in-house Recruiter and HR Executive for a group of international schools. · You will be responsible for all process of recruitment up to on-boarding and relevant reporting of recruitment status, people management and general HR management. · Excellent English as well as outstanding technical and excel skills, are highly desirable. · Knowledge of the education regulatory authorities would be beneficial. · Be able to work under pressure · Be a team player as well as being able to work independently Full Training will be provided REQUIREMENTS · Minimum 2 years UAE experience preferred · Proficient in English · Hold a family sponsored residency visa · Positive attitude, energy and someone who can also work indipendently.
