Amazon University Talent Acquisition (AUTA) is seeking a Recruiter to play a key role in attracting and hiring Amazon's apprentices operating in a high volume context.

Key job responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruiting strategies for high-volume apprentice roles
• Proactively identify business needs and building scalable solutions
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with hiring managers
• Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities across the candidate experience, interview process, and operational workflows
• Partner with AUTA program teams to align recruiting execution with centralized program goals and timelines
