Having previous experience in recreation/sports management and managerial experience from sport club, gym, wellness centre, educational institution, hospitality industry is a must. 3. In-depth knowledge of the sports or activities offered at the club and an understanding of member needs. 4. Strong leadership and management skills. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Organizational and time management skills to plan and coordinate programs, events, and activities. 7. Ability to manage budgets and financial records. 8. Customer service skills to respond to member inquiries and resolve issues. 9. Ability to think creatively and generate new ideas to attract and retain members. 10. Strong promotional and marketing skills. Job Descriptions: 1. Oversee daily club operations, including class scheduling, facility utilization, and member flow, ensuring all activities comply with company SOPs and operational standards. 2. Design, develop, and implement engaging and competitive sports/recreation programs aligned with market trends and customer needs. 3. Monitor and evaluate all programs regularly to ensure effectiveness, efficiency, and continued relevance to business objectives. 4. Plan and execute internal and external events such as competitions, gatherings, and community activation to enhance engagement. 5. Build strong relationships with members through community-driven initiatives to increase satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. 6. Prepare, manage, and control operational budgets, ensuring cost efficiency while achieving revenue targets and financial sustainability. 7. Lead, supervise, and develop coaching staff through performance evaluations, ongoing coaching, and fostering a disciplined and productive team culture. 8. Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations, uphold safety standards, and deliver excellent customer experience by effectively handling feedback and resolving issues promptly.
