We are looking for a friendly, professional and customer-focused Receptionist & Sales Support to join our team at Zeekr House Federal. Job Responsibilities Welcome and assist customers upon arrival while maintaining the premium image of the showroom. Register customer information upon arrival and promptly hand it over to sales consultants for quotations. Organize the negotiation area, replenish tea and water, and pack promotional materials. Assist sales in completing test drive registration, document verification, and vehicle key management. Organize airport documents, archive materials, and provide simple administrative support. Implement customer check-in and on-site guidance for parade and dock activities. Promptly report customer needs, complaints, and abnormal situations to the manager. Maintain the cleanliness of the brand showroom and uphold service standards. Job Requirements Presentable with a professional, enthusiastic, and courteous attitude. Diligent, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to carry out tasks efficiently. Fresh graduates and candidates without prior experience are encouraged to apply; experience in automotive or retail customer service will be an added advantage.
