# Rebar Detailer **Kings Infratech Project Management** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: сегодня* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Job Responsibilities * Prepare reinforcement shop drawings for foundations, columns, beams, slabs, walls, stairs, and other RCC works. * Prepare and update Bar Bending Schedules (BBS). * Prepare reinforcement layouts with accurate bar marks, dimensions, spacing, laps, anchorage, and bending details. * Review structural drawings and identify discrepancies or reinforcement conflicts. * Coordinate with structural engineers, consultants, site engineers, and construction teams. * Revise drawings based on consultant comments, RFIs, site requirements, and design changes. * Ensure drawings comply with approved structural drawings, specifications, and applicable standards. * Coordinate reinforcement drawings with architectural, MEP, and structural drawings. * Provide technical support to site teams during reinforcement works. * Maintain proper records of drawings, revisions, approvals, and BBS. * Prepare reinforcement quantities when required. * Ensure timely completion and submission of drawings as per project requirements. Requirements * Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or relevant qualification. * 3–5 years of experience as a Rebar Detailer in construction/building projects. * Strong knowledge of RCC structures and reinforcement detailing. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and rebar detailing software. * Experience preparing shop drawings and BBS. * Ability to read and interpret structural drawings. * Knowledge of BS 8666, ACI, Eurocode, or applicable standards is preferred. * Revit/BIM experience is an advantage. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Good communication and coordination skills. * Ability to work under deadlines. Preferred Experience Experience in villa, residential, commercial, high-rise, or large-scale building projects will be an advantage.
