The Obsidian Group is a real estate team in the Coachella Valley and Inland Empire with 42 agents and staff today. We're growing to 160 over the next year, and we're hiring licensed agents who are coachable and ready to work.

About the role

This is a commission based, independent contractor position. An active California real estate license is required. You'll be affiliated with the team's brokerage and work with buyers and sellers across Riverside County.

What you'll do

Work the leads you're given with a 5 minute speed to lead standard

Meet with buyers and sellers, show homes, write offers and guide clients to closing

Host open houses and grow your own sphere and database

Show up to team meetings and trainings and track your activity

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
