Real Estate Team Leader

About the Role

Asset Homez International Properties LLC is looking for an experienced and results-driven Real Estate Team Leader to lead, develop and grow a high-performing team of Property Consultants in Dubai.

We are looking for a sales professional with proven leadership experience, a strong understanding of the UAE real estate market, and the ability to drive team performance and close deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and manage a team of Property Consultants to achieve sales targets.
• Recruit, onboard, train and develop real estate agents.
• Monitor individual and team KPIs, sales pipelines and overall performance.
• Support agents with client negotiations, property presentations and deal closures.
• Develop strategies to increase conversions, revenue and team productivity.
• Build a strong sales culture focused on accountability, collaboration and results.
• Identify performance gaps and coach team members to improve their results.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of UAE real estate experience.
• Previous experience as a Team Leader in a real estate brokerage.
• Proven track record of personal sales and team performance.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai's real estate market.
• Experience recruiting, training and managing Property Consultants.
• Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong target-setting, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
