Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and motivate a team of real estate consultants to achieve and exceed sales targets. Recruit, train, and develop new and existing agents. Create and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth. Monitor team performance and provide ongoing coaching and support. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and developers. Ensure excellent customer service and professional standards across the team. Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions. Stay updated on market trends, property regulations, and competitor activities. Job Requirements: Minimum 2–4 years of experience in real estate sales. Previous experience leading a real estate team is highly preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive team performance. Extensive knowledge of the local real estate market. Valid real estate license/certification (if applicable).
