Real Estate Sales Manager (Director of Sales)
# Real Estate Sales Manager (Director of Sales) **Lone Eagle Management** · Florham Park, NJ 07932 · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: сегодня* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Most brokerages hand a new sales manager an empty desk. We're handing you a book of business and the engine that feeds it. Lone Eagle Realty is the residential sales and leasing arm of Lone Eagle Management, which manages roughly 500 doors across New Jersey. Our brokerage is already closing business — most of it referred from our own managed portfolio. The pipeline exists and it doesn't depend on ad spend. We need a leader to grow it. This is a leadership seat, not a support seat. Our founder is stepping out of day-to-day operations across every division to focus on strategy and growth. The right person grows into running Lone Eagle Realty outright, with a share in the upside they build. THE SCORECARD You'll be measured on one number: growth in brokerage gross commission income. Not headcount. Not activity. Revenue. WHAT YOU'LL OWN Convert — turn referrals from our managed portfolio into closed sales and leases. Build the model — we're deliberately not handing you a finished agent value proposition. The splits, the structure, the support systems, what we actually offer agents — that's yours to shape with us. If you've ever thought you'd do it differently, this is that seat. Recruit — source, attract, and close producing residential agents. Develop — onboard, coach, and hold agents to a production standard. Produce — carry your own book alongside the management seat. Run the division — own agent operations, deal flow, transaction coordination, and compliance with New Jersey real estate law. Feed the platform — refer management, leasing, and home services opportunities back into the company. Growth in our managed portfolio fuels the next round of brokerage growth. WHO YOU'LL RECRUIT $2-3 million producers who are coachable, want real support, and will take a lead pipeline seriously. Agents who want to be developed — not agents who want to be left alone. WHAT YOU BRING - Active New Jersey real estate license (required) - A New Jersey broker's license is the path to advancement here. If you hold one, that matters. If you don't, we'll support you in pursuing it. - Either a track record leading agents — five or more, with production you can show in numbers — or a strong personal production history of your own. One or the other. If you have both, even better. - You've held people accountable and had the hard conversations - - Comfortable building, not just inheriting. We run on GoHighLevel and a custom operations platform, and we're disciplined about process. The agent-facing side is partially built — the foundation is there, and it needs someone to finish and sharpen it. COMPENSATION Competitive base salary with a defined path to increase as you prove out, plus personal production at agent split, plus a performance override on managed agent production. A producing manager should expect first-year total compensation of $110,000-$130,000, rising with the growth of the division. The first 90 days are a mutual fit window. If it isn't right on either side, clean exit. BENEFITS Health Benefits, Paid time off and company holidays. Errors & omissions coverage, MLS and board dues, and marketing and technology tools provided. Business expense and mileage reimbursement. Company-provided equipment. Pay: $60,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year Benefits: - 401(k) - Flexible schedule - Health insurance - Paid time off - Professional development assistance Work Location: Hybrid remote in Florham Park, NJ 07932
