You'll need to bring & manage seven property consultants. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills who can navigate the complexities of the real estate market while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee a residential and leisure property portfolio. Develop and implement strategies on how to increase sales and meet quotas. Stay up to date with market trends and the latest advertising techniques for Real Estate ads. Be able to complete 7 Property Consultants to be part of their team. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field. 1 year of experience in real estate management or a similar role. Strong knowledge of property management software and real estate regulations. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
