Since 2006, we have built a strong reputation as a boutique real estate agency focused on providing professional, customer-centred property advisory services. We work closely with leading developers and provide our clients with access to a wide range of residential and investment opportunities across Dubai and international markets. Key Responsibilities Generate new business through company leads, existing databases, referrals, networking and prospecting Contact and professionally follow up with prospective buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants Understand clients’ property requirements, budgets and investment objectives Provide accurate information and professional property consultation Arrange and conduct property viewings and client meetings Build strong relationships with clients, developers and property owners Prepare and manage property listings on Property Finder and other property platforms Conduct property valuations and market comparisons Negotiate offers and support clients through the transaction process Finalise sales and leasing transactions while maintaining a high standard of customer service Develop detailed knowledge of assigned communities and become an area specialist Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and client activity Candidate Requirements Fluent Arabic and good command of English Minimum two years of Dubai real estate experience Proven record of successful property sales or leasing transactions Good knowledge of the Dubai and UAE property markets Experience using Property Finder and other property-listing platforms Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills Confident, professional and customer-focused Proactive, target-driven and able to work independently Honest, reliable and committed to delivering professional service UAE driving licence and own vehicle are preferred RERA certification is an advantage What We Provide Competitive commission structure up to 50% Ten-day initial training programme Regular individual and group training Daily leads generated through social media and property platforms Full administrative and transaction support In-house marketing support Professional photography and videography support Access to developer relationships, property inventories and exclusive offers Support from experienced company leaders Performance incentives and recognition awards Employment visa Medical insurance Company events and referral programme Office located in Al Barsha, Dubai Career development and growth opportunities Working Schedule Full-time position Monday to Friday Weekend availability may be required depending on client appointments and property viewings How to Apply Please send your updated CV to job@arabelaproperties.com .
