In this role, you will be the driving force behind attracting top-tier real estate brokers, building robust candidate pipelines, and fostering strong relationships with potential agents. Your energetic approach to sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates will ensure our brokerage continues to thrive with high-performing professionals. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence the future of our organization by identifying and recruiting talented real estate agents who align with our values and growth objectives. This position is hourly plus bonuses. Duties - Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for real estate agents, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new talent through innovative strategies such as social media marketing and cold calling. - Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective candidates through effective relationship management techniques and ongoing engagement. - Conduct thorough candidate sourcing using research, and external recruiting channels to identify high-potential talent in a competitive market. - Manage high-volume recruitment projects efficiently while ensuring compliance with employment law in talent management and HR legal standards. - Utilize social media platforms and other digital channels to enhance employer branding efforts and generate lead opportunities for recruitment. - Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities. Experience - Proven experience in full cycle recruiting within a fast-paced environment, ideally with a focus on real estate or sales roles. - Strong negotiation skills paired with excellent communication skills to effectively engage candidates and internal stakeholders. - Demonstrated success in high-volume recruitment campaigns utilizing various sourcing techniques including social media marketing, cold calling, and research. - Experience in external recruiting strategies including campus recruitment, technical recruiting, and executive recruiting is a plus. - Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in candidate sourcing and relationship management efforts.
