The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing agents, conducting outbound outreach by phone, email, SMS and social media, qualifying prospects, scheduling interviews, following up with candidates, and managing the recruiting pipeline through successful onboarding. Requirements: Fluent English, strong communication and sales skills, ability to work independently and remotely. Previous experience in recruiting, real estate, sales, or business development is preferred. Knowledge of the New York real estate market is a plus. Pay: $61,711.15 - $97,000.00 per year Benefits: Flexible schedule Work Location: Remote
